Today I am going to share with you another dish that pairs vegetables with seafood. East India being famous for all fish-based dishes, it loves pairing the fishes with a variety of vegetables. The recipe of salmon paired with vegetables is given below:
Grilled Salmon (grilled with lemon juice, salt and pepper seasoning)
Red Chili Powder
1. In a wok heat oil and add all pastes with all the spices.
2. Fry the spices for 10 minutes and all vegetables and cook until tender.
3. Add the gilled fish pieces and water as per your gravy requirement.
4. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with boiled rice.
